Yes. Our licensed estheticians perform consultations and patch checks, use professional waxes, and follow strict sanitation standards. We answer questions, respect boundaries, and provide step-by-step care to ensure a safe first-time experience.

Arrive with hair about 1/4 inch long (roughly 2–3 weeks of growth). Avoid heavy exfoliation, tanning, or topical retinoids 48 hours prior. Clean, dry skin helps; wear loose clothing to your appointment.
Pain varies by person and experience, but our techniques minimize discomfort. We offer calming methods, short breaks, and aftercare to soothe skin. Most clients find it tolerable and quickly more comfortable with repeat visits.
Ideally hair should be about 1/4 inch long so the wax can grip. That usually means 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving. If hair is too short or too long, we can advise or trim as needed.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Use soothing, fragrance-free products, skip exfoliation for 48 hours, then gently exfoliate after a few days to prevent ingrown hairs.
