Trim hair to about a quarter-inch if it's very long, exfoliate lightly 24-48 hours before, avoid heavy sun exposure and topical retinoids, and arrive with clean skin. We’ll review medical history and answer any concerns.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first visits, but pain is brief. Our estheticians use skin tension, fast technique, numbing products when appropriate, and calming aftercare to minimize pain and provide a gentler experience.

Appointments usually last 20–40 minutes depending on hair density and consultation time. New clients may need extra time for a thorough intake and comfort checks; we prioritize a steady, unrushed pace.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and tight clothing for 24-48 hours. Use soothing gels or recommended products, exfoliate gently after 3-4 days, and keep the area clean to prevent irritation or infection.

Most clients return every 3–6 weeks based on individual hair growth and personal preference. Regular waxing often leads to finer regrowth and longer intervals between appointments as follicles weaken over time.

Certain conditions like open wounds, severe skin infections, recent surgery, active sunburn, or some medications (e.g., Accutane) may contraindicate waxing. Inform your esthetician of medications, pregnancy, or skin issues when booking.
